Terms of Service
Agreement
By using WinsPipe at https://winspipe.com, you agree to these terms. If you are using the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.
The service
WinsPipe lets you compose, schedule, and publish content to social networks you connect (currently X and LinkedIn). You authorize WinsPipe to call those platforms on your behalf using OAuth credentials you grant.
Your responsibilities
- You own or have rights to the content and media you upload or schedule
- You comply with X, LinkedIn, and applicable law when publishing
- You keep your login and agent API keys confidential
- You do not use the service to spam, harass, or violate platform policies
Accounts and billing
Paid plans, usage limits, and cancellation terms will be described at checkout when billing is enabled. Early access may be invitation-only and free of charge until a paid plan is offered.
Availability
We aim for reliable scheduled publishing but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Platform outages, revoked tokens, and rate limits can delay or fail a publish. Failed channels are reported in the product so you can retry.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinsPipe and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed posts or platform rejection of media.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect profiles at any time. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment (when billing applies), or risk to the platform.
